Haifa in the events listings is a city of stage and cinema. There are plenty of concerts and performances, as well as stand-up comedy, while the Haifa Cinematheque maintains its own film listings.

The main venues are the Rappaport Center, the Northern Theater — the home of Jewish theater, and the Haifa Museums; the municipality organizes many events as well. There are also exhibitions, lectures, and regular classes here: yoga, qigong, and dance.

The Russian-language program is substantial: approximately one in every six events is in Russian. For children, it is approximately one in ten: children’s events.
