**Freedom of Movement in the Carmelit | Haifa Municipality - Education, Culture, and Sports Department, Culture Division, Arts Department, in collaboration with the Makom Leshira Association - Proud to Present Freedom of Movement – A Poetry Exhibition in the Carmelit.**
These days, the Carmelit hosts an exhibition that transforms the daily commute into a space of words, thought, and imagination. Between stations, carriages, and passages, contemporary poetry meets the urban landscape of Haifa, inviting a momentary pause amidst movement.
The exhibition - Freedom of Movement, will open at the beginning of June as part of Reading Month - Haifa in the Sign of Reading, spreading poets' work along the Carmelit stations and its carriages - a poetic journey in the belly of the mountain.
A festive opening of the exhibition will take place on Tuesday, June 2nd at 18:00, as part of the book fair event in Gan HaEm.

You are welcome to bring headphones and join the journey into the depths of the earth, which is also a journey inward into ourselves and the pulsating movement of poetry; a poetic audio journey between the stations and the poems of the exhibition. The tour is produced by Makom Leshira and 'Glam' Theater for Performance Art.
