Summary
The wordless play “The Story of a Thingamajig” will take place on October 22, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Davay Theater in Tel Aviv. A comedy and drama about the boundary between reality and fiction.
Descriptiontranslated from Russian (original)
A person discovers an object in space—a mysterious object. He forms several words. From these words, a world emerges, filled with rises and falls, inspiration and disappointment, creation and rebirth. The theatrical world of a person who speaks with the audience comes into being using a device from the field of warehouse logistics and packaging. Where is the boundary between reality and fiction? Comedy and drama intertwine in the play, as the plot’s delicate thread leads to an unpredictable finale. A wordless performance without costumes or scenery.
