A motor development workshop for babies up to six months old will take place on Tuesdays in October at the Functional Studio, the Sports Center at 37 Shazar Street.
In this experiential workshop, you will receive important information and practical tools that every parent should know.
Together, we will practice a variety of exercises for little ones: tummy time, head lifting, calming exercises, rolling over, and more.
Although this is a group, the approach is personal—Yossi observes each baby, recognizes their unique needs, and adapts precise exercises to each child’s pace and development.
The workshop is led by Yossi Jungman, who works with babies, toddlers, and children through movement. He has been a certified instructor for 15 years in the Sheila-based Child’Space method—developmental support through movement and touch for babies and toddlers. He previously danced with the Batsheva Dance Company and is recognized as one of the most professional and beloved instructors in the field.
A workshop consisting of 3 one-hour sessions during October, on Tuesdays, on the following dates: 6, 13, 20, and 27 October, at 10:00.
Please note: The workshop is suitable for babies up to six months old who have not yet fully rolled over.
If your baby is five or six months old and already rolls fully from back to tummy and from tummy to back, there is another group on the same day—please register for it.
The workshop will take place in the Functional Studio located in the Sports Center at 37 Shazar Street, a very short walk from the center.
How to get to the studio: Go to the sports hall at 37 Shazar Street; there is an accessible entrance. Enter the hall and cross it to the door directly opposite, on the right. Leave the strollers outside the door—unless you have a sleeping baby :)—and climb 5 steps to our wonderful Functional Studio.
