Resilience meetings for the parents of male and female combat soldiers will take place on October 11, 2026, at Michael’s House, Ramat Gan. Advance registration is required.
The series will provide an opportunity to pause for a moment, breathe, share, and gain tools for coping with stress and worry, alongside parents experiencing a similar reality who understand even what cannot always be explained in words.
The sessions will address emotional coping during this ongoing period, tools for regulation and strengthening resilience, communication with the soldier, and the power of a peer group.
Participation is free of charge, but advance registration and a commitment to attend regularly are required.
Places are limited.
*The program does not constitute therapy or a substitute for therapy. The sessions will be led by professionals with experience in group facilitation and resilience.
