A puppet show with music about Fletcher the fox cub, who learns to accept change and the loss of the leaves from his favorite tree.
A puppet show with musical accompaniment.
Little Fletcher the fox is very worried. His beautiful, beloved tree is losing all its leaves. He tries everything he can to save them, but nothing helps. When the last leaf comes off the branch, Fletcher nearly loses hope.
But when he returns to the tree the next day, a real miracle awaits him: his tree has changed—it has become different. And yet it is still his favorite tree of all, and now it may even be more beloved than before.
The show is about accepting change, the fear of it, and the ever-changing nature of the world around us and within us. All this is presented through the naïve and sensitive perspective of a little fox who is experiencing a crisis after encountering a sudden change in his beloved tree.
The show’s gentle, artistic, humorous, and highly musical language creates a small, almost fairy-tale world reminiscent of children’s play.
