A performance about life between Israel and Japan.
On October 7, my life changed. After that, I embarked on a journey between Israel and Japan—a journey in which I reexamined questions of home, identity, and belonging. This is how the performance was born, combining movement, video, and work with objects while exploring the question: to what extent am I still “Japanese”?
Through the tension between two cultures, the work suggests perceiving life not as a 50/50 ratio, but as continuous movement between 51 and 49—a constant search for balance between two worlds.
