A nighttime nature tour in the Rosh Tzipor Bird Park at Ganei Yehoshua. We will observe nocturnal animals and listen to their sounds at twilight.
Come take a peek at the nightlife of nocturnal animals at dusk. We will begin at the Birdwatching Park and watch the changing of the guard as day turns into night. The diurnal birds prepare for sleep; dozens of garganeys gather and arrange themselves for sleep in groups of three, take one last bath, or set out in search of one last meal. We will listen to the jackals’ howls and look for nocturnal birds of prey, night herons, insect- and fruit-eating bats, spiders and various insects, toads, and reptiles. For ages 5+.
