Halleluhu - Workshop Day
A day of workshops inspired by the exhibition “Open My Lips: Psalms Today” will take place on October 1, 2026, at Hutzot Hayotzer, Jerusalem, from 11:00–14:00. Admission is free.
Inspired by the exhibition “Let My Lips Open: Psalms Today.”
The exhibition seeks to listen to the moment when a person is called upon to open their lips. It was born from the inner impulses that lead us to the book—from gratitude, joy, and wonder to fear, anger, and longing.
Through video, illustration, poetry, and installation, the exhibition presents Psalms not merely as an ancient text, but as a pulsing part of life—as an object, a ritual, and poetry. From ancient psalms to books of Psalms that accompanied soldiers in the most recent war, from works created especially for the exhibition by Israeli artists to works from around the world, a space unfolds in which human emotion becomes prayer, and the обращение to the sublime continues to exist within everyday life, here and now.
