Cancellation Policy

A transaction may be canceled by sending written notice by email to [email protected]. The order number you wish to cancel must be specified. A transaction may be canceled within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 7 days—excluding days of rest—before the date of the event for which the transaction was made. In any case of transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged by law. For the avoidance of doubt, tickets purchased 7 business days before a show cannot be canceled, and no refund can be issued for them. Event producers may approve and issue a credit at their discretion, including in cases where there is no right to cancel under the cancellation policy.
