A five-session comics workshop for children in grades 4–6, held on Wednesdays in Hod Hasharon. Participants will write, draw, and create a personal comic booklet.
Come discover the magic of the world of comics! Five sessions in which you will write and draw a comic story and take part in a book. The workshop is led by professional comic artists. At the final session, you will receive a book featuring the work of all the participants.
If you have always dreamed of drawing comics, if you love drawing and inventing stories, or if people tell you that your imagination is too developed and that enough is enough with the jokes—then you are exactly right for this workshop!
A comic is a story drawn in squares. In the workshop, we create a comic of 16 squares and turn it into an A7-sized booklet.
Suitable for fourth- through sixth-grade students.
28.10, 4.11, 11.11, 18.11, 2.12
Workshop duration: one and a half hours
