Difficulty level: Easy.

Equipment: Comfortable backpack, good walking shoes, 3 liters of water per person, hat, sunscreen. Bring food (sandwiches) for the hike.

Participants in the hike declare that they are healthy and capable of walking and hiking the Israel National Trail, and that they do so at their own full responsibility. The hike is accompanied by an armed escort. The guide provides first aid and carries a defibrillator. The hike will take place subject to a minimum number of participants.
