One of the most famous and beloved fairy tales by the great Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen—presented on the stage of The Little Theater for the first time. The story of a duckling who endured cold, loneliness, and doubt—until one day he understood who he really was.
A performance for children and adults—warm, bright, and magical. About how everyone matters, everyone is beautiful in their own way, and everyone needs time to spread their wings. A touching and instructive story about a small, plain duckling who turns into a beautiful white swan.
The performance features excerpts from The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi, as well as works by Saint-Saëns, Luigi Boccherini, and Daniil Platonov.
