Beginner Sewing Course

In the course, you will learn how to operate a sewing machine, become familiar with different types of fabrics, and gain experience with your first projects, such as sewing a bag and a T-shirt.

The course is suitable for anyone taking their first steps in the world of fashion, and no previous experience is required. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and those who complete the course can move on to a personal project with close guidance.

At the first meeting, you will receive a personal sewing kit as a gift! During the course, you will be asked to bring fabrics according to your personal preferences and the instructor’s requirements.

Syllabus:

Lessons 1–2

• Introduction to the sewing machine: basic operation and understanding its mechanisms.
• Introduction to different types of fabrics and choosing the right ones for projects.
• First project: sewing a simple bag while practicing sewing straight lines and precision.

Lessons 3–5

• Sewing a T-shirt or sweatshirt, including taking personal measurements and adjusting the pattern.
• Using an overlock machine to complete the project professionally...

Lessons 6–8

• Each student progresses at their own pace. Those who complete the second project will move on to choosing a personal project with close guidance.
