Trial Class - Yoga with Hila Venezia

Hello, I’m Hila, and I’m a Vijnana yoga teacher. I invite you to practice with me on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 19:00 at the Florentin Community Center.

For those who are unfamiliar, in Vijnana yoga we practice through postures, breathing, and awareness. The practice builds strength, flexibility, and stability through precision and listening to the body.

You are invited to join whether this is your first time practicing yoga or you already practice and want to deepen your practice.
