For ages 18 and up. The training session lasts one and a half hours.
Morning training sessions on Sunday evenings in October, on the following dates: October 4, 11, 18, and 25.
The training combines work on strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, and concentration, alongside developing awareness of the body, breathing, and inner energy.
During the sessions, we will learn martial arts techniques—punches, kicks, and blocks; partner work; traditional forms; qigong exercises; and work with traditional weapons.
The practice combines external and internal work: on the one hand, strengthening the body, speed, and power; and on the other hand, breathing, concentration, calm, and control of movement.
Led by Saar Klemperer—a certified kung fu instructor with 36 years of experience in martial arts, a graduate of the Avichai Center, and a certified group facilitator.
