The classic comedy of errors by Georges Feydeau returns to the stage in a sharp, fast-paced, high-energy version, with a new, fluent translation by Eli Bijaoui. A small suspicion between a couple sparks a crazy chain reaction: an anonymous seduction letter, a surprising double identity, and one hotel where everything goes wrong. The perfect resemblance between a respectable gentleman and a porter at a dubious hotel leads to mistaken identities, jealousy, chases and slamming doors at a dizzying pace.
Contemporary language and comic pacing transform the classic farce into an exhilarating theatrical experience, sharp and tearfully funny.
Featuring Norman Issa, Osnat Fishman, Daniel Sabag, Noy Ben Brit, Tal Kelai, Tomer Sharon, Shiran Huberman/Hagar Tishman, Yuval Segal, Ami Smolartzik, Yigal Sadeh, Rinat Matatov and Shmulik Cohen.
