Design and Architecture Studio for Boys and Girls

Wednesdays from 16:30–18:00, starting September 1, 2026

9 months: September 1, 2026–June 30, 2027
(The studio will not take place from October 4, 2026 to September 11, 2026, or during the Passover vacation.)

A practical studio for young architects. In the studio, we will learn how to plan and design spaces as in a real architecture studio. We will learn to draw and build models. We will learn to think about spaces and environments, go on architecture tours in Tel Aviv, and observe inspiring buildings. We will learn to read buildings like a book and discover how one building can teach us about every field in the world—history, geography, economics, art, engineering, and more. We will experiment with architectural work using light, colors, and materials, and do exercises involving concepts such as composition, balance, and texture. We will learn to identify the different feelings that architectural places and materials evoke in us, and become acquainted with fascinating architectural cultures from around the world.

Registration is monthly.

Instruction: Each month will be led by a different designer or architect.
