We invite you to an author’s culinary evening in Tel Aviv, accompanied by a glass of wine. 🍷✨

Three main highlights:

🌯 First: perfect shawarma! Armenian thin lavash, hot and juicy chicken with a golden crust, fresh cabbage and crunchy cucumbers inside, piquant carrot adding vibrant notes, and that signature kefir-and-garlic sauce prepared perfectly by an experienced chef… Mmm. 🤤

🌯 Second delicious highlight: “Mimosa” tuna roll. A brilliant solution for unexpected guests: quick to assemble and impeccable in taste. The thin lavash absorbs the filling perfectly. Plus, everyone will leave knowing how to set a beautiful and satisfying table in five minutes.

🫕 Third: signature sauces! We’ll prepare several varieties. You’ll enjoy a classic white sauce with garlic and herbs, as well as a piquant red sauce with a mild kick. You’ll taste everything and find your perfect flavor balance.

No one will leave hungry! We’ll enjoy a delicious meal right there, and everyone will take home a portion of the culinary masterpieces we prepare.

You’ll be able to treat and surprise your loved ones. Everyone will also take home step-by-step recipes and the confidence to easily recreate these dishes in their own kitchen.
