Odilia Atlasovitch and Odem Libovitz arrive in Israel for one month to teach Ashtanga yoga classes according to the traditional Mysore method from India. The classes offer a space for personal, attentive, and deep practice.
“Free yoga from everything. Yoga is like an ocean, and we only take a few buckets of water from it. It is very important to teach yoga. All knowledge we accumulate is not meant to stay with us, but to be distributed. It must spread; it must benefit others.” — Jois Sharath
Odalia Atlasovitch and Oded Livovitz traveled to study Ashtanga Yoga in its birthplace — in Mysore, India — to receive the traditional teaching at its source. Since their first class, they have dedicated themselves entirely to daily practice. They are coming to Israel for one month and would be happy to share their knowledge and experiences.
