✨ Sgraffito is an ancient decoration and engraving technique found in a variety of cultures, based on creating contrast by exposing layers of material. At the beginning of the workshop, we will learn about the technique and the wide range of decorations it enables. You will then receive a personal plate made of wet clay, which you will work on and create.
🖌️ The workshop includes guidance and demonstrations, and allows you to experiment with different styles—from geometric patterns to freehand illustration. It is also suitable for those with no drawing experience at all, thanks to the use of stencils and decorative aids that help achieve an impressive and aesthetic result.
💎 At the end, the works undergo a drying, firing, and glazing process, resulting in a personal ceramic creation suitable for use as a functional or decorative item.
📦 At the end of the process, the plate can be collected from the studio, or you can choose home delivery for an additional fee.
