Descriptiontranslated from Hebrew (original)
Centered on the story of three female soldiers at an Israel Defense Forces base somewhere, Tali Shalom-Ezer created a witty, successful comedy that manages to puncture the inflated balloon of local machismo and offer a contemporary perspective on the fundamental values of Israeli identity. An enjoyable film that rightly became one of the biggest hits made in Israel.
