
Yoga classes take place every Sunday, 17:30–18:30, at the First Station in Jerusalem. Admission is free and subject to availability.
The First Station and the Jerusalem Municipality invite you to Yoga in Jerusalem – move and breathe together! Every Sunday, 17:30–18:30, led by Hadar Ayalon. Admission is free.
Please note: no yoga classes will take place on 16.8 and 23.8. We will return on 30.8.
The classes take place in the yoga hall behind “Vanilia.” Participation is subject to available space. Admission is free! Please bring your own mat.

Hadar Ayalon is a yoga teacher and personal trainer, a graduate of Wingate and the Kadan Association. She teaches Power Yoga and rehabilitative yoga therapy, and leads meditation and mindfulness courses. For more than 15 years, she has accompanied students on a journey toward greater awareness, improved physical health, and spiritual growth.
Yuval Rubinstein is a Jerusalemite, a yoga teacher, and a graduate of the School of Visual Theater. Over the past eight years, he has studied in India and Israel with leading teachers from the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga traditions. He teaches classes and workshops on arm balancing at his studio in the city center. In his classes, we will delve into moving the breath, gaze, thoughts, and physical body. Through movement, we may deepen the possibility of observing in a more beneficial way.
