Pop-up exhibition is an event that opens for just one evening. It offers authors a chance to share their story through a single photograph, while allowing viewers to see photos not as isolated works of art, but as fragments from the author’s life. For everyone, it is a place to meet and talk about human experiences.
Theme of this exhibition: Voice
About how we speak—and how we remain silent. About the voice that is heard and the one that is internal. About words that change things and those that were never spoken. About accent, language, laughter, shouting, whispering. About finding your voice in a new country—or losing it temporarily.
During the evening, each author will have 2–3 minutes to talk about their photo and their story. In between presentations, you will have the opportunity to chat with those whose voices resonated with you.
