Cancellation Policy

Please note that a credit-card company’s attempted-charge notification does not constitute confirmation of purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, a transaction may be canceled by submitting a notice through the personal area and specifying the receipt number you wish to cancel.

A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date it was made, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 7 days, excluding days of rest, before the date of the event/activity for which the transaction was made.

For the avoidance of doubt, tickets purchased within 7 business days before the event/activity cannot be canceled, nor can tickets that have been partially used; no refund can be issued for them.

In any case of transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS—whichever is lower—will be charged.
