Parents, expectant parents, and family members are invited to an infant CPR workshop, where you will receive practical tools for dealing with emergencies, learn how to respond in cases of choking or loss of consciousness, and practice life-saving techniques with professional guidance.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that a credit-card company’s attempted-charge notification does not constitute purchase confirmation.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a transaction may be canceled by submitting a notification through the personal-area contact form and specifying the receipt number you wish to cancel.

A transaction may be canceled within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 7 days—excluding days of rest—before the date of the event/activity for which the transaction was made.

For the avoidance of doubt, tickets purchased within 7 business days before the event/activity cannot be canceled, nor can partially redeemed tickets be canceled or refunded.

In all cases of transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, will be charged.
