Cancellation Policy

Please note that a credit-card authorization attempt notification does not constitute confirmation of purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, a transaction may be canceled by submitting a request through the personal area and specifying the receipt number you wish to cancel.

A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 7 days—excluding rest days—before the date of the event/activity for which the transaction was made.

For the avoidance of doubt, tickets purchased within 7 business days before the event/activity cannot be canceled, nor can tickets that have been partially redeemed; no refund will be provided for them.

In all cases of transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, will be charged.
