A sing-along screening of the film “Little Shop of Horrors” will take place on October 29, 2026, at 8:00 PM at the Herzliya Cinematheque. With Einat Azulay and Kfir Levi.
Thursday | 29.10 | 20:00 | Herzliya Cinematheque
Director: Frank Oz
Cast: Rick Moranis, Ellen Greene, Steve Martin (94 min, English; Hebrew subtitles)
Seymour is a shy orphan who earns a living working in a failing flower shop. It seems the stars hold nothing that could promise him a better future—and certainly no place in the heart of beautiful Audrey, with whom he is secretly in love. But after a solar eclipse, a mysterious plant comes his way. The plant brings spectacular success to the shop and turns Seymour into a star, but fame comes at a price: Audrey II keeps growing, and she is hungry for human blood.
The songs are wonderful, Rick Moranis and Ellen Greene tug at the heartstrings, Steve Martin plays a dentist from hell—and above them all, the monstrous plant created by the Muppets team steals the show. And if that still isn’t enough, we’ve added singers Einat Azulay and Kfir Levy to the celebration. They’ll run the proceedings and make sure you don’t sit still either. Because this time too, you may—and in fact are encouraged to—sing along with the film!
