The program includes spiritual, classical, and contemporary works.
A musical celebration of light, bringing Hanukkah and Christmas together. Music can illuminate the world and dispel darkness, bring people closer, and offer hope.
The program includes beloved spiritual songs and works from the classical and contemporary repertoire: Franz Schubert’s “Ave Maria,” “Amazing Grace,” the famous Christmas carols “Silent Night” and “Shchedryk” (“Carol of the Bells”), as well as the Israeli songs “Or Gadol” (“Great Light”), “Mizmor Laila” (“Night Psalm”), and “Baati La-Or” (“I Came to the Light”).
Female voices accompanied by guitar and percussion weave together prayer and longing, faith and love, taking listeners on a musical journey through traditions, eras, and languages. This journey fills the heart with light and once again reminds us of the wondrous power of music—to touch the soul, unite people, and awaken hope.
