My Way

The famous Italian tenor Alessandro Safina, who has won the hearts of listeners around the world, will present his new program “My Way” to Israeli audiences. The concerts will take place in Haifa and Tel Aviv, accompanied by an Italian instrumental orchestra and an Israeli ensemble of violinists.

The program will feature new compositions as well as beloved hits that brought him international fame, including the stunning hit “La Luna.” Safina will also perform popular songs from the album “Insieme A Te,” which sold millions of copies. The album enabled the Florence Conservatory graduate to transcend the boundaries of classical music and lay the foundations for a new genre that would later be called “operatic rock.”

Alessandro developed a passion for music as a child; his parents were passionate opera lovers. At 17, he entered the conservatory in Florence and soon began performing on Europe’s finest stages. His unique voice and natural charisma helped him combine opera with popular music and create his own distinctive style.

His debut single, “Luna,” topped the European charts and became the theme song of the popular television series The Clone. Alessandro also recorded soundtracks for films such as Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge! and performed an Andrew Lloyd Webber song at a concert celebrating Queen Elizabeth II.

His career includes numerous solo albums and successful duets with renowned performers such as Elton John and Rod Stewart, bringing him worldwide fame and the love of audiences. Following the record-breaking success of his single “Luna” and album “Insieme A Te” in the Netherlands, his work received widespread acclaim and became immensely popular in dozens of countries around the world.
