A 12-session course on body, mind, and spirit, starting on November 4, 2026, at the Young Adults Center in Shoval. The approach is curious, critical, and research-based.
The Bnei Shimon Resilience Center, in collaboration with Ben-Gurion University, offers a course that provides an opportunity to become familiar with a variety of approaches and practices from the worlds of body, mind, and spirit, in a curious, critical, and research-based manner.
The course is held as part of a study at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and is therefore offered at a subsidized cost of 100 NIS per participant.
An introductory meeting and personal suitability assessment are required in order to participate in the workshop.
