About the Show
A comedy about loss of identity.
After the death of his mother at a ripe old age, Or Auslander, a literature teacher, discovers almost by accident that she was not Jewish. What initially appears to be a bureaucratic error soon becomes a fact that shakes the foundations of his family and his life.
Is some closely guarded secret hidden in his mother’s past—or is this simply a mistake?
Or embarks on a madcap journey that begins at the Rabbinical Council and reaches its climax in a séance with his mother’s spirit, in an attempt to forge his true identity.
