A lecture on longevity and health will take place on October 19, 2026, at 11:00 at the Savion Cultural Center. On nutrition, movement, and mental resilience.
We are living more years than ever before, but the important question is not only how many years we will live, but how we will live them. Will we be able to continue moving freely, maintain energy, independence, and mental clarity, and enjoy a good quality of life in older age?
In this lecture, we will delve into the world of Longevity—health and long life—and understand which lifestyle factors influence how our bodies and minds age. We will discuss nutrition, movement and maintaining muscle mass, sleep, daily habits, and mental resilience. In addition, we will learn about practical principles and tools that can help maintain high functioning, vitality, and independence over the years.
