Following the great success of the performance “The Voice Stays in the Family,” the musical family is broadening its artistic range, this time with a tribute performance to Israel Prize laureate for Hebrew song, Naomi Shemer!

A salute to the poet, musician, composer, and songwriter whose finest songs accompany our lives and who is considered by many to be the “national poet”: “Jerusalem of Gold,” “The Eucalyptus Grove,” “For All These,” and more.

An emotional performance featuring songs from throughout the years, stories from the Sea of Galilee through Paris to Tel Aviv, and the secret behind the last song she wrote…

Participants:

• Dorit Reuveni Mandel – vocals and guitars
• Ya’ankele Mandel – stories, jokes, and backing vocals
• Tal Mandel – vocals and percussion
• Mor Mandel – vocals and guitar
• Assi Mandel – vocals, piano, musical direction, and arrangements

• The performance is accompanied by a presentation featuring the song lyrics for audience sing-along.
