Penina's House - Storytime and Arts & Crafts

Storytime and Craft – Penina’s House

Penina, a mischievous stray cat, loves her neighborhood. She has everything: a warm bed, a playground, and rooftops to climb and jump across. But when her home is destroyed, she sets out on a journey to find a new place that feels like home.

A moving and gentle storytelling and puppet theater performance about belonging, friendship, and hope, seen through the eyes of one brave cat.

The show is made entirely from recycled materials: cardboard, bags, and simple objects that spark the imagination and create beauty from what already exists.

And what awaits after the show?

After storytime, every child will make a personal shadow puppet, learn about the world of shadow theater, go onstage, and try operating their puppets in a game of light, shadow, and imagination.
