Sewing and crafts workshop for children aged 5–6, on October 23, 2026, at Studio 131, 14 HaTehiyah Street, Tel Aviv–Yafo. Create a handmade personalized doll.
Sewing and creative workshop led by Liat Manor, in which each participant will create their own original handmade doll. We will work with a variety of fabrics, colors, and textures; choose and combine different parts; sew by hand; and gradually give the doll its own character and shape. Some of the fabrics used in the workshop come from Abramo’s cutting room, which also operates at 14 Hithkhiya Street—so raw materials from the work process taking place at the complex move to the workshop table and become a new creation.
The workshop invites participants to discover the world of sewing through hands-on work, play with materials, and imagination. At the end, each participant will leave with a personal doll they created themselves.
Important to know: The workshop is suitable for boys and girls ages 5–6 and up, accompanied by an adult. The workshop lasts approximately an hour and a half and is limited to a group of up to 20 participants. The work is done by hand sewing, and all materials are included in the workshop.
The workshop takes place as part of OPEN PROCESS #2—Friday, 23.10, from 12:00–16:00.
An event open to the public at 14 Hithkhiya Street, centered on the idea of an open process: encountering art and making while they are taking shape.
During the event, several work and creative spaces at the complex will open to the public; workshops and hands-on activities will take place; an installation will be built and develop in real time; and live performances and a jam session will take place throughout the event in the central plaza.
