Hand Embroidery Workshop led by Shani Spivak on October 23, 2026, at Studio 131, 14 HaTehiyya Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo. Participants will embroider a shirt designed by Noa Geller.
“You won’t see this shirt on anyone else, because you’ll embroider it yourself.” A hand-embroidery workshop led by Shani Spivak, in collaboration with designer Noa Geller, who works and creates at 14 HaTchiya Street. During the workshop, each participant will receive a shirt designed by Noa Geller, which they will work on throughout the session. We will learn basic stitches and hand-embroidery techniques and use them to add details, imagery, and a personal touch to the shirt.
The session will be led by Shani Spivak, creator and founder of Sip & Stitch Club, which connects hand embroidery, fashion, and sustainability, transforming existing garments into unique pieces, one stitch at a time.
All embroidery materials are included in the workshop—threads, needles, hoops, and designs to choose from—and at the end, each participant will leave with a Noa Geller shirt they embroidered and customized themselves.
Good to know: The workshop is suitable for teens and adults. The workshop lasts approximately an hour and a half and is limited to a group of up to 20 participants. No prior knowledge is required. All embroidery materials and the shirt by designer Noa Geller are included in the workshop.
The workshop takes place as part of OPEN PROCESS #2—Friday, 23.10, from 12:00–16:00.
An event open to the public at 14 HaTchiya Street, centered on the idea of an open process—encountering creation and making as they take shape.
During the event, several work and creation spaces at the venue will open to the public; workshops and hands-on activities will take place; an installation will be built and develop in real time; and live performances and a jam session will be held throughout the event in the central courtyard.
