Friday morning yoga practice at Tel Baruch Beach

Join a yoga session by the sea—with the perfect view of Tel Baruch Beach, led by Vered Flitman.

Yoga sessions for a relaxing weekend. Come open your body and heart and enjoy a yoga experience in the open air by the sea.

During the class, we will combine flexibility, strength, and posture exercises, strengthening and lengthening with the breath.

The session is suitable for all levels; no prior experience is required.

Single-session price: 40 NIS.
A 4-session pass: 120 NIS, or a 12-session pass: 300 NIS.

After purchasing a pass, you must register for each individual class; registration will be completed at no additional charge.

Please bring a personal mat and a reusable water bottle.

Accessible parking is available on-site (for a fee), as well as accessible restrooms and showers.
