Join Qi Gong classes at the Hof Tel Baruch Community Center. Come practice movement, breathing, and balance by the sea.
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice consisting of a series of movement exercises accompanied by breathing.
The practice strengthens and calms, develops coordination and balance, improves posture, increases joint flexibility, and contributes to vitality and inner balance.
A profound experience that touches the human essence.
A group Qi Gong class is usually held standing in a circle, combining flowing movements, breathing, static positions, and steps through space.
During the class, we will practice sets of short exercises inspired by Taoist and Chinese philosophy, emphasizing softness, economical effort, slowing down, and calming the mind.
