A play about a group of extraordinary people who find a way to freedom. At the Niko Nitai Theater, Beit Tefar Building, Tel Aviv.
A group of extraordinary people, whom the medical establishment abandoned in a remote institution in the Balkan Mountains, awakens to a new life thanks to an unexpected gift that fell from the sky, and forges its own path to freedom. A play examining the limits of freedom of expression and offering a compassionate and humorous perspective on the role of the “mad” and the different in fulfilling the human dream.
“Niko Nitai directed a show that is amusing at every moment... Like the play and the direction, the seven actors are excellent. They inhabit their characters convincingly both as mad people and as they return to sanity on their journey toward the border.”
Zvi Goren, Habama
“A new and interesting play... Theater as an impressive visual art... The acting is superb, one and all.”
