Family activity about Saturn and the outer solar system at the Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv. Includes a craft activity and telescope observation.
A family evening activity in the Planetarium Plaza at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, led by Ella Ratz, head of astronomy, following the appearance of the planet Saturn in the evening sky. Together, we will get to know the outer Solar System and the gas giants, wander among the giant planets and their moons, pass through Saturn’s rings, and visit Jupiter’s “Great Red Spot.” We will take part in a creative workshop devoted entirely to the Solar System, and at the end, observe the planet Saturn through a special telescope! Ages 6 and up.
