Dance Baby

A dance session with baby carriers for parents and little ones from birth to one year old, combining a variety of dance styles.

An hour of letting go and a special connection with your baby, who is held close to you in the carrier—listening to the music, feeling the movement and closeness of the parent, while you both relax and enjoy yourselves.

Led by Lital Maman, a certified fitness trainer and founder of “Dance Baby,” who holds a bachelor’s degree in movement and specializes in training for pregnant women and postpartum women.
