A dance work by Ohad Naharin with dancers from the Batsheva Dance Company and a live DJ set by Tay Rona at the Suzanne Dellal Center, Tel Aviv. An up-close and intimate experience.
A unique dance work by Ohad Naharin, originally created for museum spaces. The work consists of a free, dynamic, uninterrupted sequence of movement materials drawn from Naharin’s repertoire over the years. The segments are torn from their original works, costumes, and lighting, and reassembled into a lively, intimate, and captivating movement mosaic. An up-close, direct, pulsating viewing experience accompanied by a live DJ set by Thai Rona.
Session returns to the intimacy of the Varda Hall, with a live DJ set by musician Thai Rona, and invites you to a close encounter with the dancers in which nothing is known in advance. An act of wiring between remembering bodies: the space becomes a living, changing, pulsating arena, and the physical medium appears as a foundation for infinite singularity, which in turn creates one-of-a-kind beauty.
