Development workshop for babies from birth to 3 months, starting on October 4, 2026, at the Arik Einstein Community Center. Five sessions for practicing at home.
Michal Geva, an instructor in infant development using the “First Step” method and an early-childhood movement teacher, invites you to a five-session workshop on infant development for babies from birth to three months old.
The workshop will focus primarily on improving tummy time, lifting the head, responding to crying, addressing gas, touch and relaxation processes, daily routines, and sleep. Since activity periods are relatively short at this age, the workshop will teach you how to weave all the exercises into your daily routine, transforming it into a mindful routine and creating a high-quality, developmentally supportive environment for your baby—all through play, music, movement, and conversation.
At the end of each session, you will receive a session summary and videos of the exercises so that you can practice them at home.
Each session will last between one hour and one hour and fifteen minutes.
The workshop will begin on Sunday | 4.10.26 | 12:00–13:15
