A health-oriented Kung Fu and Qigong class takes place on Thursday mornings at the Hof Tel Baruch Community Center in Tel Aviv. Suitable for ages 18+.
“HaSha’ar HaKatan” is a new class in health-oriented kung fu and qigong, led by Asa Wolfson.
Through gentle, precise, and profound practice, we will delve into two ancient Chinese traditions that cultivate vitality, stability, and inner calm.
The class is structured as a sequence of exercises—standing meditation, guided movement, partner work, and sometimes walking or seated practice.
We will learn movement sequences that strengthen the body, improve flexibility and balance, and deepen presence and concentration.
The practice is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, allowing everyone to work at their own pace within a supportive group setting.
Where? We will meet on the wooden deck of Hof Tel Baruch Community Center.
When? Thursday mornings.
Who is it for? Men and women aged 18 and over.
What to bring? Comfortable clothing for movement and comfortable shoes.
