The Hof Tel Baruch Community Center invites you to a restorative Iyengar-inspired Vinyasa yoga practice—to strengthen the body, improve posture, and release tension.
We will also incorporate Yoga Face to calm the nervous system, release facial tension, and give your face a fresh, radiant, firm appearance.
Come breathe, strengthen yourself, and recharge with renewed energy.
Idit Ratzon, a yoga teacher for 14 years, teaches Vinyasa with precision and attentiveness—a connection between movement and breath, strength and softness, and determination.
We meet on Mondays at 18:00 and Wednesdays at 18:30, at sunset.
Meeting point on Waze: Hof Tel Baruch Community Center.
Single-session ticket: 40 NIS.
Purchase a “Open Studio” pass at a subsidized price.
Please bring your own mat and a reusable water bottle.
