Portman-T is a small instrumental indie-funk ensemble with a big sound, drawing musical inspiration from the rock & roll of the late twentieth century alongside the worlds of classic jazz and soul.
Driven by a powerful horn section, the band creates a sound that is bold and energetic, yet emotional, minimalist, and precise. With tight grooves, catchy melodies, and solos that cut deep, the ensemble captivates and hypnotizes the hearts and bodies of everyone who encounters its sound.
Following the release of their debut EP in 2025, the ensemble continues to develop its distinctive sound, blending raw energy, groove, and musical sensitivity.
