Storytime and Creative Workshop with author and illustrator Natalie Belhassen | Ages 4–7
Dear parents and children, you are invited to gather in Bialik’s sukkah, where we will read the book The Path together—a fall story about generosity and giving—and embark on a colorful journey through different types of illustration, including paper cutouts and fabric collages. We will also present special cutouts and items from the books The Little Sprout and In the Land of the Blanket.
We will continue with a creative activity inspired by Bialik’s poem “A Nest for a Bird” and make a charming bird’s nest using paper cutouts.
Every participant must have a ticket, including parents and accompanying adults.

Story and Tour in Honor of Sukkot at the Poet’s House | Ages 4–7
Join us for a festive Sukkot tour at Bialik House. In the sukkah, we will read Sapiah, Bialik’s autobiographical story, and discover the poet’s special connection to the holiday of Sukkot.
Together, we will enter his home and embark on a family journey through the colorful rooms. We will hear about the lavish housewarming ceremony held on Simchat Torah and about the poet’s “open house” tradition, through which he welcomed everyone with stories and passionate speeches.

Storytime and Creative Workshop with children’s author and poet Orit Gidli | Ages 4–7
Dear parents and children, you are invited to gather in Bialik’s sukkah and read the book The Cowboy Family, written by Orit Gidli and illustrated by Einat Tzarfati. The book is a funny and crazy adventure that races through the desert with Uncle Cowboy, Ariella the Cowgirl, and all their talking hats.
During the session, we will meet the author, tell the story, learn how a book is created, and make a craft inspired by it using the original printing sheets used to print the book.
Every participant must have a ticket, including parents and accompanying adults.
