An entertaining musical comedy about three female soldiers in the personnel office of a remote military base: Dafi, a spoiled clerk in charge of stationery and shredding, who will call in the biggest guns to transfer to serve at headquarters; her friend Zohar, a sharp-tongued mail clerk and kibbutznik, who is fighting to find love; and Rama, the officer and commander of the two, who is going to battle for her promotion. The three realize that the only way to win their personal wars within a hierarchical, rigid, male-dominated system is through female solidarity—even if the weapon in their hands is nothing more than a staple gun.
