Sound healing gathering on Tuesday at 19:30 at Shoham Grove, Tel Aviv. Meditation and a sound bath for relaxation, tranquility, and renewal.
Tuesday, during the intermediate days of Sukkot, at 19:30, in Shoham Grove (40 Shoham Street, corner of IDF Street).
We will open the gathering with a short guided meditation, and then immerse ourselves in a deep sound bath using Tibetan bowls and unique musical instruments. The sounds and vibrations allow the body to relax, the nervous system to calm down, and the mind to surrender to a moment of quiet, balance, and connection.
This is an invitation to pause the race for a moment, take a deep breath, and give yourselves an hour of calm, attentive listening, and renewal.
The entire gathering takes place lying down, so please bring:
The event is held in collaboration with the activists of Shoham Grove, who nurture and preserve the grove’s unique natural character!
We look forward to seeing you this coming Tuesday with open hearts and lots of sounds.
Free tickets with advance registration.
Wishing you a good and sweet year,
The Tzahala Community Center Team.
